Review request for Plasma.

Changes
-------

Submitted with commit 17cea8059e5a09ff972f251e631e3e57476a1da2 by Eike Hein to branch master.

Repository: plasma-framework

Description
-------

This adds a new prop to allow setting a minimum width for the menu. This allows to e.g. make a menu at least as wide as its visual parent item, if so desired for aesthetic reasons.

This will be used by the Task Manager applet to make task context menus at least as wide as the task item (a longstanding tweak found in older implementations).

Eike Hein
