RFC: Enabling users to report issues with Plasma widgets

Hi,

I would propose we add a "Help" drop-down menu button to the bottom left corner of the plasmoid config dialog similar to what DrKonqi or the widget-based KCMs have and place a Help (userbase link?), About this plasmoid and Report bug entry there.

Perhaps even a About Plasma / KDE as I've heard people complain about how hard it is to find out the Plasma version number itself?
