another Kirigami patch

ugh, that's an unhappy bug :/ I would like to try harder to keep the updating 
completely declarative.
as soon can depend directly on Qt 5.6 (have to update plasma mobile packaging) 
I would like to merge a rewrite of PageRow i did based on 5.6 features that 
should make this a bit more reliable (besides having a lot less code)
