* will have many new icons, may be stretching a bit "bugfix"
* Preparing a new phone image
* Preparing Noto font, but at the moment fixed width missing

* EventGenerator QML import: made more general purpose a component
from the desktop containment, used to interrupt events on mouse press
and hold.
* Used it in the phone homescreen
* ported desktop containment to it
* KWayland: finished slide, some adjustments to make popups look
correct (shadow still wrong the first open)
* basic dummy KWinInfo plugin for Wayland
* panel resize with the controller now works
* will merge the applet screenshot branches
