Mind you, if we use this to replace the KCM then we will be removing the "restore-saved-session" feature. I am not sure that is a thing we should do during the life time of plasma5 :P

Other option would be a checkbox which won't work because making the session management concept understandable requires more than 2 words in english so it'd be causing super long comboboxes/dropdowns in !english.
