5.5 module review

Repo freeze is in 3 weeks so if there's anything that needs included
in kde/workspace for Plasma 5.5 we need to move it to kdereview pronto

Muon apol says he'll split but that's not adding a new module just
moving some code out.

Do we want to release any phone modules with 5.5? Is it useful to make
releases of any of these?
