It has been marked as submitted but it's not been pushed in plasma-framework (there wasn't a ship-it yet either)
The light version (and only that) should be put in plasma-framework either in a branchor temporally as an extra theme while the stylesheet stuff gets fixed (i can do it both the fixing or the initial pushing as well)
