I did misunderstand, sorry.

We can do an alpha of Plasma with whatever frameworks release that happens
to be.

Actually we did make one this cycle; just to test that we had all the right
packagers, though because of the "we depend on master of frameworks policy"
it wasn't actually usable by anyone.
