Moving KWayland to frameworks

Given David's suggestion on having the last three released Qt releases 
supported, this issue will resolve itself once Qt 5.6 is released. Given that 
this is on the horizon I will delay the move of KWayland to frameworks till Qt 
5.6 is released and Qt 5.4 the required frameworks version.
