Description

When dragging the applet it takes a while for it to collapse sometimes causing applet contents to spill out its boundaries (notably battery monitor or sticky notes).

Testing
-------

No more applet content outside when resizing like a normal person.

You can briefly see contents reappearing when resizing the widget small and then immediately, before it loaded the compact rep, releasing the mouse, but whatever.
