Where to place kcron in systemsettings5?

Yes, we're using this[1] patch on openSUSE, as we need it for YaST kcm, and 
AFAICS systemd kcm is installing it's own copy of the category... Maybe it's 
time to upstream systemsettings repo starts install it again?
