Adapt to API changes proposed by https://git.reviewboard.kde.or/r/122882. Breeze::ColorSettings now uses KDecoration2::DecoratedClient::color() instead of reading additional colors from kdeglobals. This allows per window color schemes with custom titlebar colors to work.
