I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly but it looks like

PowerDevilUPowerBackend::brightnessValue execs a job and inside this new event
loop the
PowerDevilUPowerBackend::brightnessValueMax execs a job and then inside
PowerDevilUPowerBackend::brightnessValue execs a job and then
PowerDevilUPowerBackend::brightnessValueMax execs a new job...?
