As some packages use private parts of Qt they will be uninstallable
due to the Qt 5.4 transition and the fact that we don't rebuild
non-kde bits for the CI.

- The incredibly awful plasmashelldoesnotstart issue ought to be resolved now
- qca-qt5 (qt5 branch) integrated
- muon integrated
- konversation now on ISO by default
- konsole now on ISO by default
- kate now on ISO by default

# errata
- muon notifier not added to systray by default [reported]
- other new parts of plasma 5.2 are not yet integrated [wip]
- kde4breeze is not run because the upd format changed [reported on irc]

# virtual machines
virtual machines have a bit of trouble with the graphics. At least
with virtualbox you can workaround the problem by temporarily
switching to a different TTY (right-ctrl+f2 -> right-ctrl+f1)
