[plasma-workspace] shell: Check for errors when the GetConfigOperation returns

​The handler is:

void noMessageOutput(QtMsgType type, const char *msg)
{
     Q_UNUSED(type);
     Q_UNUSED(msg);
}

that's going to block warnings too.
