Sounds like icontasks is broken with this commit
http://imgur.com/HGN99yB , it works on your system because you have
stray kservices5/plasma-applet-org.kde.plasma.icontasks.desktop file
on your system. I even tested it on live iso to make sure that my
system don't have some other problem.
