Description

Just like you can drop windows from the task manager on the virtual desktop pager, you shold be able to do the same with the activity pager.

If set, this naturally unsets the "On All Activities" setting but so does dragging the miniature windows.

Also enabled preventStealing so Plasma doesn't create an icon widget in response to our drop.
