Plasma 5.4 and Applications 15.08 testing ISOs starting now. Please
note that this ISO is rolled using master builds as of Friday >=0 UTC
so it isn't exactly 5.4 respectively 15.08 but should be close enough
to give an idea.
Next week's ISO will be rolled from the relevant branches.

All new applications kf5 ports are not available at this time.

- qml buttons seem weirdly non-breeze

# random notes
- this ISO is based on kubuntu 15.10 (current development version) as
per the last ISO mail in May.
- bluedevil not included as per previous mail
