Plasma/5.1 branched

I've branched the Plasma modules with Plasma/5.1 using the commits I used for the tars yesterday 
 http://starsky.19inch.net/~jr/tmp/plasma-5.0.95/5.0.95-release-data

Please don't alter strings or add new features to 5.1 but please fix all the bugs, no quiero los cucarachas.

Final tars to be made in 2 weeks on Thu 9 October, final release follows on Tue 14 October.
