I've added 

#include <KPluginFactory>

K_PLUGIN_FACTORY(ComicProviderKrossFactory, registerPlugin<ComicProviderKross>();)

to comicproviderkross.cpp

Old code had the usage of the old macro COMICPROVIDER_EXPORT_PLUGIN there.
