Makes sense.

I'm quite curious to see what the workflow is like for someone without a
developer account.
I /think/ they'll be able to push to gerrit, which will make our life
easier with respect to merging.

Would be good if someone new to Gerrit (Martin Yrjola or Bushan or someone)
would try making a trivial patch in plasma-framework  and comment on the
experience.
