I have just learned that we have a daytrip on Wednesday, so we will not be 
having a BoF at that time.

I have moved it to Thursday at 15h. Will everyone be present for that or 
should we search for another slot. (if no rooms are available, we can always 
go to the Room Pub across the Street.
