Should favourites be shared between launchers, and launcher instances?

i was thinking about an api for the scripting interface to do the defaults..
if preferred:// is used it would be less needed, but could still be useful.

right now there are several properties/function that are corona specific, as 
this would be as well if global.

there even may be just a global favoriteLauncherUrls[] array (if nothing fancy 
justifying objects is enough)

same thing for taskbar/panel launchers (maybe there the containment owning 
them should specified tough, so under the Containment bindings)
