Different calendars in Plasma 5

We need

a) KCalendarSystem

OR

b) QCalendarSystem

Now a) would mean depending on kdelibs4support, which mayyy be fine for the
moment (maybe we even do in all the places needed). As for b), this is
supposed to be part of the Qt's ICU stuff and was originally targeted for
Qt 5.4, but I don't see it there so I guess it didn't make it. I do not
know what the current plan/status is, John might know. Perhaps it could get
into Qt 5.5.

Then the applet's backend (a model) would have to be rewritten on top of
either of those. Then just a kcm with the setting and it should just
work(tm).
