one thing may be done (and this uncovers another unsolved sore point :p)

since pastebin should still be qml only, make it available with get hot new 
stuff, mechanism that at the moment is broken for several reasons:

* getting get hot new stuff working for plasmoids
* means we have to get a new category in kdelook (how?, and no, is too late to 
think about a complete alternative at this point)
* solve https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=332499 and 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334767
