RFC: Change Krunner's default key shortcut for Next

Meta+Space and Ctrl+Space are used by triggering input method by default
(fcitx, scim, gcin is using ctrl+space, while ibus is moving to meta+space
to be consistent with windows 8 IMHO), which should never be occupied by
global hotkey.
