plasma5 and kde4 settings: what to synchronize

That one is a bit harder as KMix does its own OSD afaik; Plasma5 has its
own themeable OSD which can be configured by the Look&Feel package (for
which we have no kcm yet though).

So this would require patches in KMix too...which I would personally
welcome :)
