GenericDataLocation + env is polluting the global namespace. Imagine if gnome did the same...

My suggestion is GenericConfigLocation + "/startkde/env/"
or GenericConfigLocation + "/kde-workspace/env/".

Yes, this means adjusting the KCM as well, of course.
