Remaining Crashers

Bugzilla lists 3 crashers in plasmashell which we should prioritise
before release.

Scrolling in kickoff can crash.

I can reproduce this every time.

This can be 'fixed' by reverting 93febb1d28765411f9b769087afc1e11bc83176a

IMHO if we can't fix it by release, it should be reverted.
Any objections?

Crash on startup when taskbar has no groups

BShah claims this is fixed, but some guy reported the same crash a few
days later (but from neon packages which might have been old) I can't
reproduce it, can anyone else?

Plasma crashes when saving "Desktop seetings" -> "Layout: Folder"
I can't reproduce this. Second BT is in screenForContainment, which
had a lot of work recently.
Could someone else try please.
