Release schedule for Plasma Next

One more request for change came in: an artwork freeze. I've put it right 
after RC1, with almost three weeks to go before release. That should catch 
fallout of late artwork changes.

The following proposal splits the freeze up in soft and hard and inserts 
another pre-release.

* Mon, 10th March: Soft Freeze
* Thu, 13th March: Alpha1
* Tue, 8th April: Alpha2
* Thu, 1st May: Hard Freeze
* Tue, 6th May: Beta3
* Tue, 27th May: RC1
* Thu, 29th May: Artwork freeze (modulo default wallpaper *1)
* Tue, 17th June: Plasma 2014.6 Final

*1 We want to change the default wallpaper just before release, so it looks as 
fresh and new as possible

We still need a date for the repo splitting. 
Alex is heading this effort. Maybe he can propose a date for it?

Barring objections, I'll consider this final on Thursday.
