Date in digital-clock?

In Plasma 1 the time zone wasn't the short format (i.e CET) but
instead the name of the place i.e (Barcelona).

This has changed in Plasma 2.
I doubt this is a deliberate change. It means fetching the timezone
from the data engine rather than Qt.formatTime().
