This sets the size of an applet to 0 rather than 1 to avoid the plasmoid rendering a tiny svg which is then upscaled and re-rendered later.

Testing
-------

Together with Review 121219 systray works without blurry icons. I don't know whether that magic number 1 has a deeper legacy, though.
