Unless there are any objections my plan is:

 - Merge to master on Monday
(merge may be just renaming renaming the current branch)

 - Dropped plasmoids will be deleted

 - Only things which are finished (and pass my reviews) by the feature
freeze (11th September) will be in the first release. Anything else
can be worked on, but I'll comment it out in CMakeLists by default and
can be in 5.2
