Polishing sprint in May: dates?

I didn't realize I had to ask the board, and now we don't have enough time. 
We're supposed to ask 1 month in advance.

Given that this is just supposed to be a *bug fixing* sprint. Is it really 
required? Cause that is what everyone working on Plasma is supposed to be 
doing.
