* no api in qt for *primary* screen, trying to fix that
* autohide panels: same autounhide workflow of plasma1

* milou uses krunner internals

* various bugfixes
* especially tooltip behavior, now they don't "dance" anymore
* next week: last few bugs on tooltips then general bugfixing
