building plasma2/framework5

Hi ,
How shall I upgrade cmake 2.8.11.2 to 2.8.12 in kubuntu 12.04 .
Also ,now regarding updating Qt5.2, now dev branch is not to be updated ?
And,is rest of the building process is same as [1] described in this link
even now ?
