Description
-------

Current devel branch just shows a black screen after boot.
This is caused by contour not being installed.
Due to some changes in plasma-mobile contour stopped building.
This patch re-adds contourd to the build and fixes some compilation issues as well.

Testing (updated)

Tested on Archos G9 with latest devel.
UI comes up as intended.

Also verified to fix the "black-screen issue" in VirtualBox.
