Hey,

in my experience plasma bugs are not looked at at all. It seems all focus has 
been shifted to Plasma 2. As this is really frustrating for people putting 
efforts in reporting bugs for plasma I would suggest actually closing the bug 
tracker for Plasma 1 to avoid more people wasting their time.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. But I have reported quite a lot of them lately 
and none of them even got a single comment from anyone - let alone being fixed.
