cobs at meego will shut down in some days. This change moves the Archos G9 hardware-adaptation to build.merproject.org. Furhtermore, the hw-adaptation @bmo now uses armv7hl instead of armv7l.

Testing
-------

I tested manually patched .ks files with these settings. Rootfs tarballs generated from these files work. A diff against .ks files generated with these changes shows that they match the changes in the manually patched files.
