Can i get some pointers for this bug? (widgets can not be moved to the utmost top of the display)

Of ~50 pixels? Oh well, why not :p anyway, I'm still searching for a small
description that explains the flow from starting plasma-desktop till
drawing the actual plasmoids on the screen.
