CompactRepresentation size setting ??

A small update, I send a small test plasmoid which demonstrates the issue..

The plasmoid is the samegame from Qt examples but its main file which
is used for the CompactRepresentation is minimal.

To reproduce, set Panel's icons size in 256 and add the plasmoid in the
panel...

The compactRepresentation doesnot take into account the panel and creates
big empty spaces around the plamoid's compactRepresentation...
