I think that this is something on creating an activity that sets Icon 
during creation
(something in handling activity templates maybe?),
this code is not in kactivities library but in plasma and more specific 
how it
handles the creation of activity templates.

If settingthe activity Icon was waiting for the ActivityAdded signal 
probably that
error wouldnt occur....
