Can a KDEDModule start after kactivitymanagerd?

It can create a QDBusServiceWatcher object on the org.kde.kactivitymanagerd 
object and when it is available it can perform actions. This way execution 
order does not matter, and it can even re-initialize if necessary should KAMD 
stop and restart.
