Future of shells

Hi all,
in the hangout sessions of today, besides dissecting Corona, another thing it
was talked about is how different shells will be done, with in the end only
one shell.

An important part is a Plasma Package that defines what are the defaults and
how the workspace behaves, for a particular formfactor:
http://community.kde.org/Plasma/shellPackage

it will have qml files for ui stuff like defining how panel and desktop views
look, how configuration dialogs look and behave, what are the default
containments, toolboxes and context menu plugins.

and the desktop scripting scripts used to build the default layout (yep,
desktop scripting will still be supported, but is still to be ported)

Cheers,
Marco Martin
