installing plasmoid

tree is :
window-list/
                package/
                 package/ contents/
                               contents/           ui/
                                                ui/  qml files here
                packqage/  window-list.desktop

                 build/
                  CMakeLists.txt
I did cd build
$ cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr ..
$make && sudo make install
$kbuildsycoca4
But on desktop it is still showing counld not open package for widget .
