Missing commit from kdelibs KDE/4.10 and master. Kde-workspace fails to build.

Hello,

Today i try to build the kde-workspace and i came across to the following
issue.

Right now kde-workspace doesn't build because a commit from master branch
(kdelibs repo) is missing from the KDE/4.10 branch (kdelibs repo). The
commit which is causing the issue is this one

Kde-workspace fails to build, because it cannot find the method
"isPowerSupply". line 134.
