Description

These are some improvements and hacks to improve the .ks creation for Nexus7.
The reason for adding bangarang is that this is currently afaik the only player that works with hw-accelerated playback on tegra3 right now.
All other changes should be self-explanatory, I hope. Please do not hesitate to ask when in doubt. ;)
