experimental repo for plasma2

Hi all,
so after some discussions (and changing mind that 30 times or so ;) I tried to 
put together in a single repo kdelibs/plasma, kde-runtime/plasma and 
kderuntime/desktoptheme

all the history is preserved.

right now most of libplasma should build (has a problem on qx11info, the class 
should be back in qt soon)

when this is finalized, the plasma folder from kdelibs can be removed and 
continuous integration should report here (as in kde-frameworks-devel and 
palsma-devel) eventual build problems.

still to finalize and make it actually work tough ;)
