I had kind of hoped that the kde-quality team would become exactly that. Some 
dedicated people who look around, who are trusted and who we know don't report 
junk. The team sees itself in a different position and I'm not the person to 
question it ;-)

I think it's needed and I think nobody in our inner development circle can be 
part of it. We are all blind :-)
