Description

Hello,

When someone is trying to create a new gpg key inside from plasmate (Publish->Create New Key..), then there are two issues

1)The "Create New Key" is always disable. 
2)If the creation of the key is failing, then there is not message that the key has not been created.

Testing
-------

1)If you already have a gpg key, select the "No signing key" and the "Create New Key" will become enable.
2)If the creation the gpg key fails, then a KMessageBox will pop up.
